Online video consultation​ -​ How does it work?

To use video consultation, you must have an agreed time in the clinic for video consultation.

• You must download the "Min Laege" app on your mobile phone. Do not use headphones.

• To use video consultation on behalf of your child, you must switch profiles via the small person icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

• You must select "speciallaege" by swiping the doctor heading to the left.

• You must click on "start" to enter the virtual waiting room. Before that, the doctor or nurse cannot make the video call. Follow the app's instructions.

• When the doctor or nurse is ready, the video call starts automatically.

• To end the call, press the red button at the bottom of the screen.​​
